Join us in celebrating International Women’s Day on March 8th
This year’s theme is close to our heart: “Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow”, recognizing the contribution of women and girls around the world, who are leading the charge on climate change adaptation, mitigation, and response, to build a more sustainable future for all.
Take a moment to celebrate the women in your life; a mother, sister, grandmother, or daughter; a friend, a colleague, partner, or valued mentor. Your donation to Oakvillegreen enables local climate action and education to create a greener Oakville.
We will plant a tree on behalf of your recipient to acknowledge the lasting impact of women in our lives, much like the lasting gift of a tree.
Included with your donation, we will send a personalized e-card to the recipient of your choice for International Women’s Day.
Charitable tax receipts will be provided for donations over $20.
