This year’s annual event will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2008 between 8 a.m. and
noon in the parking lot of the Oakville Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Road. The rain date
will be Sunday, May 25, at the same times and place.

would like to reserve ______parking spaces for the sale at $20 per parking space
(for paid registrations received by May 20th; $25 after May 20th) or $15 for Oakvillegreen
members who register and pay by May 20th.
I/We understand that I/we, as vendors, will be required to set up between 7 to 7:45 a.m.
on the day of the event, and that the sale will end by noon. I/We also understand that I/we
are required to clean up our site and display our “Cleared Pass” before leaving the
premises.
